"Dear customer, we're so happy to have this opportunity to introduce ourselves-- we're the Nguyen family, a husband-and-wife team who are the new owners of Mekong, and we look forward to carrying on the great traditions established by the To family. This is the culmination of a lifelong dream for us, and we're dedicated to providing truly outstanding food in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our grand opening will be on Wednesday, February 9th. We'll be keeping the same restaurant schedule (open Wednesdays through Saturdays) and maintaining the same delicious menu that the restaurant is known for. We look forward to meeting you, and we'll keep you updated on specials and restaurant happenings on this page.
